Fastify plugin that adds performance tracking to all requests.

  • Attaches a performance tracker to each request
  • Adds Server-Timing headers to responses
  • Provides /metrics/perf endpoint for recent performance snapshots (requires authentication)
  • Exposes getMetricsSnapshots for background worker metrics aggregation
